ABOUT EEE:

EEE Recordings is an extremely small underground label. We mostly specialize in underground and/or extreme styles of music; unblack, black, death, grind, prog, shoe-gaze, ambient, experimental, noise, folk, (some) hip-hop, techno....whatever. We have very diverse tastes in what we will release and why, who knows what the future brings for EEE?

For being such a small label we have been blessed enough to get solid distribution for many of our releases, by such amazing companies as; The End Records, Aquarius Records, Shaver Audio & Video, Nokternal Hemizphear, Audiphilist Distro, Whirlwind Records, Dried Bone Rising and O'Riffs. Among others.....

EEE PRODUCT PRICING:

EEE releases are always created in very limited pressings and in most cases (about 95% of the time) hand-made and prepared. For these reasons we reserve the right to sell these items at a higher price (usually about the same price as a regular 'replicated' CD). Re-presses of past releases are something that we DO create on occasion, but more often than not we do not. We do special orders of certain 'OOP' (out-of-print) items, but usually cost a bit more.

Our shipping prices are something else that can seem a bit pricey. With the ever-rising costs of gasoline, postage rates and shipping materials; this is also something we reserve the right to charge for. Our economy (USA) while not horrible is becoming worse by the day. Entertainment and media is something that is also affected by these factors. Unfortunate but true.

The ever increasing debacle of digital downloading is also something that causes our prices to rise (in all manners). With less albums being sold, the few that still purchase physical copies of music (thank all of you & give yourself a pat on the back for sticking to the old regime!) will be paying more for them. We are not looking to become wealthy from selling CDs, but in order for EEE to continue as a business, we HAVE to at least break even on costs. Money cannot continue to be sunk into something that is floating like a lead balloon. 

DISTRO PRODUCT PRICING:

We stock a decent amount of other artists/items in our webstore. From rare CDs, vinyl, cassettes and magazines. We try to give low prices on these items (lower than most distributors) to compete with the others that sell the same items. We also stock items that we ourselves are into (aka we listen to these artists as well). Many of which are extremely underground and hard to find. We hope you can enjoy some of the same things and tastes in music that we do.

Also, there is some news to be announced about all new EEE releases from here on in...About 95% of our releases will be pro-pressed from here on in. Much like the newest Njiqahdda release for those that have received their copy of that disc. Because we have finally found a pressing plant that does pro-pressed small runs at a decent price, we will NO LONGER be carrying EEE releases at our office. Between the fledgling economic status of the world and the increasing price of album production, we can no longer continue to afford to press more items than necessary. Thus any new releases we do will follow the following criteria;

- You place the order with EEE

- We place YOUR order with the pressing company

- They ship the items to US

- From there we ship them to YOU

The whole process will take 6-9 weeks per order depending on how quickly the post office delivers the orders.
